Job Description

We are looking for you who want to lead the coordination of technical descriptions in our road and railway projects.

As an AMA Coordinator, you will work in large, multidisciplinary projects where you have overall responsibility for the coordination and development of technical descriptions. In this role, you will support both the internal project organization and the client, acting as a link between the design phase and the executing contractor.

The position is a permanent full-time role based in Solna.

Qualifications

As a person, you are meticulous and structured. You have analytical skills and can interpret and summarize technically complex texts. You are curious, driven, and collaborative. You thrive in a role with many contacts, both internally and externally.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of experience working with technical descriptions during the design phase.
• Is a university-educated civil engineer or has several years of experience in site management, construction management, site foremanship within civil engineering, or within Water & Environment and Electrical.
• Has good knowledge of AMA (Swedish Construction Industry Standard) and other framework and regulatory systems affecting the industry.
• Has good knowledge of AB04 and ABT06 (Swedish standard contracts).
• Has previously worked with descriptions and bill of quantities for AB04 and ABT06.
• Has knowledge of the feasibility process and how it is handled during design and document preparation.
• Has good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

The following are considered merits:

• Experience in costing, tenders, and procurement.
• Experience in technical coordination within design.
• Experience as a contracting engineer, production manager, site manager, or foreman within civil engineering.
