Lundagrossisten was founded in 1977 and conducts B2B sales of products within heating, water, and sanitation. Today, we are one of Sweden's leading plumbing wholesalers with an annual turnover of over 1.8 billion SEK and 230 employees. Our customers are exclusively professional pipe fitters with a large and continuous material need. We are represented from Malmö in the south to Gävle in the north through our 21 fully sorted pick-up warehouses with over 17,000 stocked items. We are currently in an expansion phase and therefore have a significant recruitment need.

At Lundagrossisten, you will learn an industry, a company, and a profession from the ground up, where practical work is mixed with internal training in areas such as plumbing, sales, and our business system. As an Inside Sales / Warehouse Operative, you are expected to provide competent and friendly service to our visiting customers and manage their orders. You will also handle all typical warehouse tasks, such as order picking, receiving deliveries, and distributing materials using a B-license truck.

The position is a full-time role with excellent development opportunities, as Lundagrossisten's policy is to recruit internally for positions in purchasing, marketing, IT, outside sales, and site management. We strive for long-term employment relationships and are proud to say that since our founding in 1977, we have never laid off or furloughed any employee!

Relevant skills and prerequisites

Plumbing knowledge is not initially a requirement, but you must be motivated to acquire this knowledge through work and our internal training. As an employee at Lundagrossisten, we require a structured work approach, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and strong interpersonal skills. Relevant qualities include commitment, flexibility, lack of pretension, and a good sense of service and sales. We appreciate if you have an interest in technology, construction, or mechanics.

Scope: Full-time

Employment type: Permanent position after a 6-month probation period

The starting salary is based on previous relevant experience. Our goal is for all new employees to reach the knowledge level and competence of a technical salesperson within two years of work, thereby earning a monthly salary of 36,000 SEK. Thereafter, individual salary development occurs, based on your sense of responsibility and performance at work.

A B-driver's license is not required at the time of application but must be obtained within 6 months of employment.

The final application date is June 5, 2026, but selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before this date.
