About the role
As a KYC Analyst at Swedbank, you will be offered a varied role in a positive and developmental work environment alongside engaged and helpful colleagues. You will work within the KYC (Know Your Customer) department, focusing on administrative tasks. Your workdays will be characterized by variety, structure, and opportunities for personal development. Some assignments target customers with low to medium risk, while others handle high-risk customers.

Duties may vary depending on the assignment but consist primarily of administrative tasks. The role of KYC Analyst may also involve some customer contact. You will work towards daily goals, meaning you thrive in an environment where follow-up, statistics, and target setting are a natural part of daily life.

Previous experience in similar work is advantageous but not a requirement, as you will receive introductory training at the start of your employment.

Working hours are generally 08:30–17:00, but may vary within standard office hours during the day.

About you
We are looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and driven to develop. You are a quick learner, flexible, and efficient in your work approach. As a person, you are social, communicative, and have good computer skills. Attention to detail and responsibility are important traits, as the role requires both teamwork and the ability to work independently.

Previous experience with administrative tasks, analytical work, or finance-related roles is advantageous but not a requirement. We prefer that you thrive in a flexible work environment where personal responsibility and structure go hand in hand.

About the employment
The position of KYC Analyst at Swedbank is a consultancy assignment starting as soon as possible, according to agreement, with a full-time engagement (100%). The assignment will run until the end of November, with a high chance of extension.

As a consultant, you will be employed by Adecco Sweden. Naturally, we have a collective agreement.
