Vehicle Mechanic Wanted Immediately at Blomqvist Bil & Däckservice in Höör AB (AD Bilverkstad & Euromaster Däck & Fordonsservice).

About the Role

We are currently looking for two driven and skilled mechanics to join our workshop. We believe that you, as an applicant, are technically knowledgeable, communicative, and naturally proud of your profession.

As a vehicle mechanic with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of prioritizing the customer and service. This is crucial since 75% of our customers are corporate clients who have high demands on us and expect well-executed jobs within agreed timeframes.

You will work closely with customers and therefore need the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

The role involves tire service, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for passenger cars, light trucks, and motorhomes from most manufacturers.

The role may also include maintenance and repairs for other vehicles such as ATVs, side-by-side machines (UTVs), and two-wheeled electric vehicles.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role, we look for the following:

• A burning interest in technology and vehicle mechanics.
• Documented relevant education.
• Documented experience working as a vehicle mechanic.
• Good administrative skills and computer literacy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with tire mounting and balancing.
• Experience with wheel alignment on various vehicles.
• Experience with AC work.
• Welding knowledge.
• A good customer service attitude is essential.
• Experience with construction and tractor tires, including repair.

You are flexible and structured in your work while being responsible and seeing challenges as a natural step in your career. You are socially outgoing, have teamwork skills, and can work under time pressure. You pick up new instructions easily. We consider it a given that you have a strong interest in cars and a sense for service. A minimum of a Category B driver's license is required, but Category BE, C, or CE is preferred.

The position is a full-time role with individual salary setting.

Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
