About the Role

Are you a driven CNC operator with a keen eye for precision and quality? Do you want to work in a prestigious workshop environment with large, complex machinery and challenging tasks? Then this might be the job for you!

As a CNC operator, you will play a crucial role in production. You will work independently but also in close collaboration with your colleagues. Your responsibility is to ensure that production runs according to plan with the highest possible precision and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Programming and setting up machines
• Maintaining production within your production group
• Self-inspection of manufactured goods and marking after completion
• Reporting deviations and suggesting improvements
• Preventive maintenance (PM) according to plan and procedures
• Ensuring correct information transfer during shift changes
• Handling waste and chemicals according to current regulations
• Contributing to resource-efficient production through energy and material conservation
• Performing other workshop-related tasks as needed

The start for this position is immediate or as agreed. Working hours are arranged in two shifts. The assignment is planned to be permanent, with initial employment through Ikett.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a CNC operator, preferably in heavy manufacturing industry
• Can read and interpret drawings and manufacturing documents
• Is proficient in programming and setting up CNC machines
• Is meticulous, self-motivated, and responsible
• Has an eye for improvements and quality
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
