About the role: We are now looking for an experienced and confident team leader who wants to contribute to the success of our summer and autumn events. As a consultant with us, you are not only responsible for the service – you lead the team of our consultants on-site at the client's location. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, that the guest is satisfied, and that our employees have the right conditions to deliver excellence.

We need a star who keeps the team together behind the scenes.

You work as a team leader and responsible consultant at banquets, dinners, and events at some of Gothenburg's finest hotels and restaurants. The role is operational – you work alongside the team in the service – but you also have clear leadership responsibilities:

• You are responsible for ensuring our consultants are correctly positioned with the right dress code and timely schedules.
• You coordinate the work on-site and ensure everything goes according to plan.
• You are the contact person for the client during the shift.
• You support and coach new team members.
• You serve as a role model in service, attitude, and professional pride.

This is a role where you truly make a difference – for the guest, the client, and your colleagues.

Who are you? You have several years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership role. You are confident in your role, have good structure, and enjoy being the person others rely on. You are just as good at handling guests as you are at motivating a team – and you notice details that others miss.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
• Has experience leading teams – formally or informally.
• Has an eye for quality and high standards in both attitude and execution.
• Is confident, solution-oriented, and professional.
• Has excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Has a driver's license and a car (an advantage, but not a requirement).
• Has another primary occupation (e.g., studies or another job).
