Are you relationship-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by sales?

Perhaps you currently work as a Junior Key Account Manager or similar role targeting the grocery retail sector, with experience in long-term customer relationships, sales analysis, and packaging relevant materials? Then you might be our new star as a Sales Developer.

Polfärskt is in a strong phase of development where we are building the future offering in the grocery retail industry together. We are now looking for a Sales Developer who wants to be a central force in strengthening and developing our brands together with our 24 local companies across the country.

About the Role

As a Sales Developer, you will have a significant role as the link between central functions and our local companies. You will join a tight-knit and engaged team in the sales and marketing department at Polfärskt Bröd AB. You will work closely with suppliers and, above all, our entrepreneur-driven businesses throughout Sweden.

Responsibilities

  • Actively drive sales and develop the operational plans for our brands.
  • Ensure a unified and attractive positioning across all companies within Polfärskt.
  • Manage assortment issues, new product launches, and campaign planning.
  • Monitor results, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to local business plans.
  • The role involves close collaboration with suppliers, sales, marketing, and especially our local companies – therefore, we are looking for someone driven by sales development who enjoys being out in various operations.

The role is both operational and strategic – perfect for you who enjoy the combination of sales, development, collaboration, and high visibility in operations.

Who are you?

A relationship builder with a clear business sense. You likely have experience from sales, Key Account Management, category work, or business development, preferably within FMCG/grocery retail.

Location and Travel

The position is based at our office in Lindome just outside Gothenburg and involves travel to our local companies around the country.
