• You drive the work from requirements management and concept development to design, verification, and technical documentation.
• You create technical specifications, drawings, reports, and process descriptions in a structured and clear manner.
• You design and further develop mechanical components and systems, with a focus on design for machining.
• You work with technical problem-solving by identifying deviations, analyzing causes, and driving improvements related to products and processes.
• You collaborate closely with production and other technical disciplines to ensure solutions that work in real manufacturing.
• You primarily use Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and related system support in your daily work.
• If you take on a team-leading role, you will also lead and distribute work within the team, follow up on activities, and support colleagues with technical questions and change management.

• Experience in mechanical design throughout the entire development chain, from requirements management and concept to verification and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in CAD and PLM systems, especially Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
• Good understanding of design for machining, including material selection, tolerances, manufacturing methods, and quality requirements.
• Good understanding of production processes, production flows, quality control, and basic mechanical principles.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with, for example, design, production, procurement, and quality.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience with IFS.
• Experience in leading and coordinating team work.
• Experience in change management and implementation of changes in project and product data.
