About the role

As an Operational Business Developer at LL Bolagen, you will step into a newly created role. You will become the bridge between strategic goals and daily operations at our client's recycling centers in southern Stockholm. Your primary task is to ensure that we not only deliver according to the contract with the client, but that we constantly exceed expectations through smarter processes and better routines.

You will work closely with our client and together with foremen, operations managers, administrators, and the responsible department manager to find common working methods. Responsibilities

The role involves identifying, developing, and implementing efficient working methods and routines for our recycling centers. You will be central in ensuring contract compliance and driving continuous improvements in operational activities, with the goal of optimizing logistics, working environment, and customer experience. Your focus is to optimize the operation of the recycling centers. You will among other things:

  • Identify, document, and implement new processes and routines for better sorting and reuse.
  • Analyze workflows and logistics to ensure that containers are emptied efficiently and that the citizen's experience is optimized.
  • Drive innovation projects and workshops for both staff and visitors to increase competence regarding waste management.
  • Maintain an ongoing and proactive dialogue with our clients to show progress and suggest improvements.
  • Educate staff and users about the importance of correct sorting and how waste is treated.
  • Ensure that we meet the requirements in our customer contracts as well as current environmental legislation.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for you who are confident in yourself and can stand up for your ideas even when you face resistance, while being receptive and skilled at including others in the change process.

  • Experience in business development, project management, or operational leadership.
  • Experience in leading projects and collaborating with different teams.
  • Good ability to document processes and analyze data.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, as the role involves a lot of documentation and customer contact.
  • Class B driver's license (for travel between facilities).

It is meritorious if you have

  • Experience with internal and external logistics flows within, for example, the waste industry, heavy manufacturing industry, or related industries.
  • Knowledge and interest in working environment (KMA) and sustainability issues.
  • Experience in conducting training and workshops.
  • An academic education in e.g., environment, logistics, or industrial economics.
