What will your role be? The Account Manager role at Creditsafe offers an exciting opportunity to join a team of experienced and professional salespeople. We are a fast-growing, market-leading company within a large global corporation. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. It is important to understand and analyze customer needs in order to offer tailored solutions. You will be responsible for existing customers, where your performance is measured and followed up on monthly based on various KPIs. Most of the work is done via phone and Teams.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and enjoys taking initiative and driving their work forward. Previous sales experience and/or good familiarity with using the phone as a tool are considered merits, but most importantly, you must have the drive to succeed! Very good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written) and good knowledge of English are required. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

• The position is full-time
• Permanent employment preceded by a six-month probation period
• Start date: As soon as possible
• After training, there is an opportunity to work both from the office and remotely
• Fixed monthly salary + commission and bonus
