Work with customer relations, problem-solving, and printing

We are looking for a structured and service-oriented inside sales representative who wants to become an important part of our team in Helsingborg. Here, sales is just as much about relationships, advice, and solutions as it is about quotes and orders.

About the role

As an inside sales representative here, you have a central role in daily operations. You are often the first point of contact for our customers and help them all the way – from the initial inquiry to the completed order.

Examples of tasks:

• Receive and handle customer inquiries
• Calculate jobs and prepare quotes
• Support the sales team in their work
• Order registration and follow-up
• Customer contact via phone and email
• Coordination with production and graphic designers
• Advice regarding materials, execution, and solutions
• Upselling where it creates value for the customer

This is not a purely administrative role – you solve problems, give advice, and build relationships.

Who we are looking for

Requirements

• Good computer skills
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good English in speech and writing

Merits

• Experience in customer contact and/or sales
• Experience from printing, graphic production, or similar
• Knowledge of printing methods, materials, or paper
• Experience with business systems or calculation
