CNC Operator sought for industrial clients in Norrköping & Finspång

We are currently looking for several CNC operators for our well-established industrial clients in Norrköping and Finspång. Do you have CNC training and want to work in a varied and developing industrial environment? Then this could be the right opportunity for you.

About the role
As a CNC operator, you will work with material processing in modern machines. The tasks vary depending on the assignment, but include among other things:

• Setting up, rigging, and operating CNC-controlled machines (lathe and/or milling)
• Reading and interpreting drawings and work instructions
• Performing measurements and quality controls according to given tolerances
• Tool changes and simpler adjustments in programs
• Monitoring production and ensuring efficient operation
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed

The work requires precision, technical interest, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

We are looking for you who

• Have education in CNC/workshop technology or equivalent experience
• Have experience with CNC machining (advantageous)
• Can read drawings and have a good understanding of metrology
• Are accustomed to working with different control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain is advantageous)
• Are quality-conscious, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Forklift and overhead crane certificates are advantageous but not required.

Other
The positions involve work with different clients in Norrköping and Finspång. Working hours may vary and include shift work, for example, 2-shift or night work. We therefore expect you to be flexible and comfortable working varying hours.
