As a shop assistant in our store in Abisko, you will have the opportunity to develop within retail while being surrounded by exceptional nature. We are now looking for four new colleagues!

Godisfabriken Supermarket is the only store in Abisko offering groceries, candy, tobacco, fuel, and acts as an agent for both the pharmacy, the state alcohol monopoly (Systembolaget), and PostNord. For us, it is important to be part of keeping Abisko alive, both for visitors and for the people who live and work in Abisko. Our goal is to create world-class customer experiences with a wide range of products including candy, snacks, and drinks. No day is the same here – the fast pace, fun products, and a constant flow of customers from all over the world make the job both intense and enjoyable!

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations together with colleagues
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and inviting
• Receive, order, and stock goods
• Participate in customer activities and campaigns
• Product placement and campaign signage
• Promote a great experience for all our visitors

Requirements and qualifications

You thrive on building good relationships with both customers and colleagues, and you actively contribute to a positive community in the workplace.

You are proactive, take initiative in your work, and are solution-oriented with a desire to develop together with us. To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of English is also highly meritorious.

Experience from retail is meritorious, as is holding a forklift license.

We offer 2 part-time positions at 80% with a duration over the summer of 2026. Start date by agreement.
