Magri designs, sells, and installs equipment for Swedish cattle, dairy, and sheep producers. Responsibilities

In the role of Sales Representative, you are responsible for the sales and design of the company's current product portfolio, with a clear focus on achieving set budget goals in the Swedish market. The work covers the entire sales process – from identifying and establishing contact with new customers to needs analysis, design, closing the deal, as well as follow-up and support until commissioning.

You actively work on building and developing long-term customer relationships where sales are relationship-based and often involve longer sales cycles. A key part of the role is to create an understanding of the customer's business and offer solutions that create value over time.

You contribute to making the company visible by participating in trade fairs and smaller industry events, as well as creating your own customer activities. Customer contacts are made through proactive work, incoming inquiries, and networking. The role involves travel – primarily within Sweden, but you are also expected to be on-site regularly in Kvänum.

Profile

For this role, we are looking for you with a few years of sales experience and who are accustomed to working with a clear business focus. You have a high school education as a base, preferably with a focus on agriculture, construction, or equivalent. We view it positively if you have experience with design and reading drawings, as well as a good understanding of agriculture. If you also have CAD skills, it is a strong asset.
