We are looking for an experienced CNC operator with a focus on milling for day shift or two-shift work. This role is suitable for you if you thrive in series production, have technical understanding, and want to contribute to stable production and high quality.

• Operate and set up CNC milling machines according to drawings and work orders, focusing on repeatability during long series.
• Program, optimize, and make simple adjustments to CNC programs to improve cycle times, surface quality, and process stability.
• Carry out series production and, if necessary, single-piece production with high precision.
• Measure parts using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, coordinate measuring machines, etc.) and document results according to quality routines.
• Perform daily supervision, preventive maintenance, and simple troubleshooting on machines, and report deviations.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure delivery, quality, and an efficient production setup.
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes, tools, and fixtures, and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.

• Documented experience working with CNC milling in a production environment, preferably multi-year experience with long series.
• Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances carefully.
• Experience in metrology and quality control.
• Knowledge of programming and making practical changes to CNC programs, as well as adjusting tool and control parameters.
• Technical understanding of machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Flexibility to work day shifts or two shifts.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage to have formal CNC education, experience with specific control systems, or experience in setting up tools and fixtures.
