We are now looking for a Diabetes Nurse to join our team in Åby

Job Description

The position involves being responsible for and developing the diabetes clinic at the health center in close collaboration with the rest of the team. The work is largely independent, meaning you should be able to make your own assessments and decisions. You have a cross-professional team at your disposal, close collaboration with the responsible physician, regular quality rounds, and a network with other diabetes nurses in our organization.

The position also involves participating in the health center's other work, such as telephone advice, reception duties, and vaccinations.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse with diabetes competence. We would prefer that you have a few years of experience in primary care, and it is an advantage if you have previously run your own diabetes clinic.

We believe you are an engaged person who has a desire to develop yourself and our operations. You feel secure and thrive in your professional role and contribute to a good work climate. Furthermore, we would like you to have good collaboration skills and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Scope: Full-time or as agreed

Employment Type: Permanent, with a 6-month probation period
