Welcome to Apoteket Måsen at Varberg Hospital, the region's largest hospital and a place where a lot happens every day. Here you will meet a high customer flow, many prescription customers, and a work environment characterized by engagement and collaboration. The pharmacy is part of a group together with Apoteket Galleria Trädgården, and we have close collaboration between the units. This gives you as a pharmacist the opportunity for variation in everyday life, for example through lending and experience exchange between the pharmacies.

For those who wish, there is also the possibility to work extra when needed, for example on weekends.

Here you also have the chance to take greater responsibility as a pharmacy leader if you want to develop further. There is also the possibility to switch between working in operations and order preparation if you appreciate variation in everyday life. You become part of a knowledgeable and helpful team of five colleagues who every day contribute to safe and professional service for our customers.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours:

• Weekdays: 08:00–19:00
• Saturdays: 10:00–17:00
• Sundays: 10:00–17:00

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting.

• Provide professional counseling and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Keep yourself updated regarding our range and our campaigns, to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed dispensing chemist or pharmacist, with a clear interest in people, health, and medicine. We would like to see that you have experience of, or interest in, developing towards a pharmacy leader role, but we also welcome you who are at the beginning of your career and want to grow with us.
