We believe work should be fun. We strive for a workplace built on shared values, where the collective and competence are at the center. Our Kumpanes are our most important asset, and it is through them that many of our decisions are shaped. Here, everyone is involved and influences the direction forward.
Work is not everything in lifeYes, it is fun to work – especially when you get to solve exciting technical problems together with other skilled developers. But sometimes life gets in the way.
We are a flexible workplace and trust that our Kumpanes make wise decisions that work for both the individual and the company. With us, you get six weeks of vacation, flexibility in everyday life, and the opportunity to break the routine with conferences or group activities.
Hard work should pay offGood people deserve good pay.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a generous pension contribution and something we think is especially important: here we share the profits. When things go well for us, it should be noticeable for everyone.
We also maximize our wellness allowance and offer a really good health insurance.
Kumpanes are consultants with communityOur gathering place is the office at Mosebacke. Here we meet a few days a week, put our wise heads together, and solve our customers' problems together.
Lunches, spontaneous discussions about technology, and sometimes a coffee – or a beer – in the afternoon are part of everyday life. Board game and DnD evenings also pop up from time to time. In short: we like to socialize, not just work.
