The Role of Assistant Nurse with Us
In Kungsbacka, we want people to be able to live life to the fullest. For us in home care and care residences, this means providing care and support with sensitivity and great commitment, based on approved decisions and individual needs. This means we have a strong focus on those we serve while working together and maintaining close proximity to one another.
As an employee within home care, you work according to a schedule covering days, evenings, and weekends. Our work area allows us to cycle, walk, and drive to reach our clients, creating a varied working environment. To perform your duties, you will have access to a company car and/or bicycle, a work phone, and work clothes.
Your Profile
As a person, you are accommodating in your interactions and sensitive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility, drive your work forward, deliver results, and prioritize your work efficiently. You see opportunities in change, take initiative, and propose new approaches to work-related issues. Personal suitability is of great importance.
We are looking for someone who:
- is a trained or studying assistant nurse
- expresses themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work
- holds a B driving license

Our Offer and Other Information
We offer a permanent position with start date according to agreement.
The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Care & Social Services, all employees in home care and care residences are employed at 100% capacity, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their capacity to the desired level based on operational needs. The schedule includes day shifts, evening shifts, and every other weekend.

Background checks may be conducted prior to employment.
As of July 1, 2023, 'assistant nurse' is a protected professional title.
Therefore, when employed as an assistant nurse, you must present proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title. Please apply now if you do not already have it.
