When you start the program, you do so together with several other people who are at the same stage in their careers. The group consists of participants from different departments and roles, giving you both a broad network and a strong sense of community from the start.

Alongside your regular duties at Husqvarna, you will participate in a structured training program that creates security, personal development, and a broad understanding of the business. The goal is to give you the best possible start to your continued career.

The responsibilities may vary depending on which part of Husqvarna Group best matches your profile and interests. This could involve work related to the development and improvement of robotic lawnmowers, lawnmowers, or handheld products such as chainsaws, trimmers, and brush cutters.

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Design, Product Development, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in mechanical design, preferably 1–5 years of work experience, but not required.

We believe you have a strong technical interest, are communicative, and thrive working both independently and in a team. You are curious, structured, and appreciate the opportunity to develop together with others.
