We handle everything from passenger cars and transport vehicles to premium and sports cars. Our goal is clear – to create Sweden's most obvious marketplace for used cars. Together with Oddwork, we are now looking for a Production Planner – Workshop/Parts for our driven team.

About the role As a Production Planner at Moberg Bil, you have the ultimate responsibility for the entire preparation process – from when the car rolls in until it is ready in the showroom. You ensure that each car goes through the right actions in the right order to meet our quality requirements and reduce lead times. Washing, detailing, workshop, bodywork, and paint – you hold the entire chain together and ensure nothing stops unnecessarily. In addition to the internal flow, you are also responsible for external customers, from booking to the finished car.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan and optimize the flow of cars through the preparation process
• Handle booking and communication with external customers for service and repairs
• Order and stock spare parts and handle supplier contacts
• Ensure all vehicles are registered and correctly set up in our system
• Ensure loan cars are ready, washed, and fueled
• Monitor KPIs for lead times and productivity and drive improvement work
• Handle invoicing and approval of supplier invoices

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from the automotive industry, preferably in workshop, planning, or logistics
• Is used to working in multiple systems simultaneously
• Is communicative and thrives as the link between different teams and external parties
• Is solution-oriented and takes charge when needed
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
