In the middle of Stora Hamnkanalen lies our floating outdoor bar, Havsbaren Tyska Bron. A relaxed beach bar that has been cooling off sun worshippers since 2019, looking for Gothenburg's best outdoor venue – whether for lunch, an after-work beer, or late-night drinks at the bar. ☀️

We are now looking for bartenders, runners, chefs, and dishwashers for full-time, part-time, and extra shifts who want to help make Havsbaren the best hangout of the summer!

About you

You thrive in high-paced environments with constant movement, where you have the wonderful ability to make guests feel extra welcome. With your cheerful energy and sense of service, you ensure that both guests and colleagues have a fantastic experience.

As a bartender, you have a feel for tempo and quality. You work fast, clean, and efficiently, building pressure at the bar without losing warmth towards the guest, ensuring every drink and service is perfect. As a runner, you are present and confident in your interactions. You take care of guests from the first contact, making every table feel attended to even during the busiest times. You are the one who makes logistics shine, keeping stations stocked, serving, clearing, and anticipating needs before they are spoken, so the team can maintain rhythm even under the highest pressure.

As a chef, you work structured and with pride in every setup. You keep track of timing, quality, and hygiene, communicate with the team, and ensure that everything leaving the kitchen meets the same high standard, every time. As a dishwasher, you are the one who makes everything work behind the scenes. You keep things clean, sort with order and tempo, and ensure that the kitchen and service always have what they need to deliver. You are fast, meticulous, and take responsibility for ensuring the flow never stops, knowing that a strong dishwashing team is a strong service team.
