What does the role involve?

As an optician at Synsam, you are the heart of our business. You listen, understand, and guide our customers to the best possible solutions for their vision and eye health. With state-of-the-art equipment, your main task is to carefully conduct eye examinations and prescribe and recommend vision aids to our customers at the highest clinical level.

You will become part of an engaged team with a Store Manager and Style and Customer Advisors – together you will inspire our customers to make successful purchases and make their experience with us something to remember.

We are looking for an optician who:

• ✨ Values meeting people and building strong and long-term customer relationships.
• ✨ Is attentive to the customer's needs and has a pronounced quality consciousness.
• ✨ Communicates pedagogically and confidently with customers.
• ✨ Is responsible and solution-oriented.
• ✨ Holds an optician license – with or without a DO/Master's degree.
