We are now looking for a Workshop Foreman for our facility in Jönköping. A person who combines technical knowledge with business acumen, leadership, and a clear focus on results.

About the role

As a Workshop Foreman, you have overall responsibility for the service workshop in Jönköping as well as for our field service technicians and service technicians. You become the hub of the operation. The one who makes people, business, and processes work together.

You work closely with our customers, building long-term relationships with existing customers while actively creating new business opportunities.

With strong drive, you ensure that we deliver high quality, high availability, and top-class service.

The role includes among other things:

• leading, planning, and developing daily workshop operations
• customer contact regarding bookings, follow-up, feedback, and upselling
• responsibility for planning, invoicing, and follow-up of jobs
• providing technical support to our field service technicians
• driving the development of the workshop, employees, and Maskinia as a whole
• contributing to strengthening the business through good customer service and new business opportunities

Your profile

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience from service work within heavy vehicles or construction machinery and that you thrive in a role where technology, leadership, and customer relationships go hand in hand.

We believe you have good knowledge of electricity, technology, and hydraulics, as well as an engaged, structured, and customer-oriented way of working. You are accustomed to taking initiative, making decisions, and creating progress.

We would like you to have:

• experience of customer contact and business-driven work
• experience with planning, administration, and working in business systems
• good knowledge of the Microsoft environment
• good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Category B driver's license
