About the Role

As a Gate Technician, you are responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing gates, barriers, and doors. The role is technical, practical, and independent, with significant personal responsibility at the customer site. The focus is on ensuring systems operate safely, stably, and long-term.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Commissioning of gates, barriers, and doors
• Troubleshooting and fault resolution
• Service, maintenance, and adjustments
• Technical problem-solving in the field
• Customer contact in connection with service and commissioning

The work is primarily independent and requires that you enjoy taking responsibility for the entire assignment, from troubleshooting to the final solution.

The work takes place where the projects are located, which means that travel is a natural part of the role. The job requires that you are comfortable with staying away from home for periods during the week. Travel varies over time but occurs regularly in the position.

Requirements

• Electrical education with a focus on low voltage
• Practical experience working with electricity
• Experience in troubleshooting, installation, or commissioning
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Ability to pass a security clearance check
