About the Role

As a Leading Traveling Maintenance Technician in Area Protection, you combine practical installation with responsibility for leading daily work on projects. This role suits you if you thrive in production, enjoy taking responsibility, and have the ability to make tempo, structure, and delivery work in practice.

You work operationally in installation while simultaneously steering and leading the daily work in the team. The role involves responsibility for planning, execution, customer contact, and reporting in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of area protection, fencing, and gates
• Steering and leading daily work in the team
• Distributing tasks and ensuring progress
• Responsible for materials, execution, and quality on-site
• Customer contact in daily operations
• Reporting to the project manager

The work takes place where the projects are located, meaning travel is a natural part of the role. The job requires you to be comfortable with staying away from home for periods during the week. Travel varies over time but occurs regularly in this position.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in installation, groundworks, or civil engineering
• Experience leading one or more teams in production
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good habit of planning and steering work in the field
• Ability to travel and work away from home for periods
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to pass a security clearance
