We are now looking for an experienced vehicle tester who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute their expertise.

About the Role

As a vehicle tester here, you are responsible for conducting thorough tests and documenting objects. The work is brand-independent and covers a wide range of vehicles, where you will primarily work with light trucks, but also with motorhomes, caravans, and to some extent other types of heavy vehicles. You will work with both newer and older vehicles in varying conditions.

You will work with modern technology and digital tools, primarily iPads, in connection with our KVD tests. The role offers the opportunity to fully utilize your technical skills and develop alongside industry changes.

The position is based at our facility in Åkersberga, Brännbacken division. You will work in a cohesive team while also taking individual responsibility – and you thrive in both environments.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has vehicle technical education or equivalent documented experience
• Has substantial experience from the automotive industry as a vehicle technician and/or vehicle tester
• Has strong technical competence and excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Is accustomed to working with diagnostic tools and interpreting vehicle data
• Is proficient with computers and has experience with digital work tools (e.g., iPad, diagnostic systems)
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has experience handling heavy vehicles (meritorious)
• Has a Category B driver's license (manual transmission). It is meritorious if you have BE and C licenses and/or a motorcycle license.

As a person, you are meticulous, analytical, and have a strong technical interest. You enjoy working independently while contributing to the team's collective efforts. You are responsible and maintain a professional attitude in your work.
