Job Description The assignment primarily includes the following tasks:

• Automate configuration management: Install and configure applications in an automated and reproducible manner to ensure consistent, secure, and easy-to-maintain environments.

• Deployment and operation of applications: Help teams package, configure, and roll out both custom-developed and purchased applications in various environments.

• Optimize operational environments: Adapt resources, containers, and services in Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes for optimal operation.

• Monitoring and incident management: Implement logging and monitoring at the application level, analyze incidents, and work with teams to improve stability and performance.

• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines: Create and optimize automated flows for building, testing, integrating, and delivering applications.

• Collaborate with development teams and vendors: Participate in technical dialogues for both purchased and custom-developed systems with development, platform, and infrastructure teams as well as external vendors.

• Documentation and knowledge sharing: Document your work and ensure that competence is shared within the team to minimize person-dependencies.

• Assist system and application owners: As needed, support your colleagues with their tasks. E.g., ordering platform and infrastructure services, manual installations/configurations, security-related tasks, coordination with external vendors, etc.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of professional experience in technology-heavy roles within IT (e.g., DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, System Developer, IT Architect), or alternatively at least 12 years of experience in these roles plus a university degree of at least 120 credits/180 ECTS in IT or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer in an agile team using agile methods and tools.

• At least 7 years of professional experience with configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting on Windows for applications written in e.g., C#.

• At least 3 years of professional experience with configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting on Linux for applications written in e.g., C++ or Python.

• At least 3 years of professional experience with containers and orchestration in Kubernetes.

• At least 7 years of professional experience in scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, or Python).

• At least 5 years of professional experience with configuration of monitoring, observability, and log management (e.g., OP5, Loki, Grafana, or Prometheus).

• At least 5 years of professional experience with configuration automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, or Helm).

• At least 5 years of professional experience with configuration of CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab, Argo CD, Artifactory, JFrog Xray, SonarQube, or Git).

• Good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in system development or test automation with C++, C#, or Python.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT development within operations with very high IT security requirements.
