Job Responsibilities

We offer you an introduction where you will shadow experienced colleagues to gain confidence in your role. During the introduction, you will learn about our core values, which all staff members work from. You will always have close access to colleagues who provide support when needed.

You will work in a rewarding and stimulating work environment, where the focus is on helping individuals with varied tasks based on their needs.

If you are hired, you will receive a schedule for the summer period, which runs between weeks 25–32. We strive to offer you a schedule based on your preferences and how much you wish to work.

Additionally, there is an opportunity for those working in care and social services during the summer to receive up to 4,000 SEK in a summer bonus if you work up to 8 weeks during the period of weeks 25–32. If you are a certified nursing assistant, you can earn up to 7,000 SEK in bonuses.

For those who wish to work during the spring, there is an opportunity for hourly employment. There is also a chance to continue working as a substitute after the summer.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone interested in working with people.
• Education or experience in care and social services or social work is advantageous.
• You must have a good command of the Swedish language to communicate with residents, relatives, and other staff, as well as to document according to operational requirements.
• A B-class driver's license is required for work in home care.
• As a person, you are flexible and have a good ability to collaborate with others.
• You have a positive attitude and are not afraid to take initiative.
