Do you want to be part of developing a modern press process in a company with a strong future focus? Kinnegrip is now looking for a Press Operator who wants to contribute to production, improvement work, and the development of our operations.

About the role

As a Press Operator, you work in production to ensure an efficient and high-quality press process. The role involves both operational work at the machine and active participation in improvement work and process development. You will become a key part of strengthening the press department and meeting the company's future needs.

The role also includes:

• Operating and monitoring press machines (hydraulic and eccentric automatic presses as well as manual pressing)
• Performing machine setups and tool changes
• Material handling and commissioning of new tools and processes
• Performing first-article inspections and quality assurance against drawings
• Working with quality, productivity, and continuous improvements
• Participating in the development of press processes and working methods
• Operator maintenance

The position is located in Lidköping and covers day shifts, Monday–Friday. You will be offered employment with Kinnegrip starting immediately or as agreed.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have experience from industrial production and thrive in a role where technology, quality, and development go hand in hand. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a strong focus on quality and production. You thrive in an industrial environment where you can combine operational work with improvements. You are flexible, team-oriented, and have a desire to develop together with the company.

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience working with press machines
• Knowledge of hydraulic and eccentric presses
• Experience with tools (press tools/progressive dies)
• Drawing reading and material knowledge related to press processes

Forklift license, crane/traverse license, and press safety training are meritorious. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
