About the role

As an Account Manager here, you will take on a social role with many touchpoints. You will quickly become part of the team and work together with fantastic colleagues who share your high level of ambition. Your most important task in this role is to build strong customer relationships and create business opportunities.

Your team and your development

Your team consists of several other Account Managers and an engaged Team Manager - Frida Åstrand. Our Team Managers are not just leaders; they are also mentors and coaches who do everything to give you the best conditions for success in your role. Responsibilities

As an Account Manager here, you build and develop your own customer relationships. A typical day in this role involves:

  • Prospecting: Searching for new customer contacts among potential companies that have not collaborated with us before, as well as within our existing network. This is where you will truly contribute your drive and persistence to achieve results.
  • Sales meetings: This is where the magic happens! This is where we introduce our services. This includes "cold calls" where you get to showcase your sales skills and establish new relationships with potential customers. You build good customer relationships, conduct needs analyses, and leave a strong impression.
  • Market monitoring: Strategically mapping out the future needs of our established customers. We can offer the most value when we anticipate customer needs and work proactively in our customer relationships.

We are looking for someone who

You have strong confidence in your ability to handle setbacks, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to organize your work efficiently. Handling multiple tasks of varying nature at a high pace is something you are comfortable with. Building relationships comes naturally to you, and you act self-assuredly in social situations, gladly standing at the center of events.

We see that you have

  • Driver's License (Category B): A requirement to be able to visit our customers.
  • Work experience: You have gained experience from working life and feel comfortable in a professional environment.
  • Communication skills: You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
  • Educational background: Completed upper secondary education.
