Damage Assessor at Trelleborgs Bilplåt – Help Us Create an Excellent Workshop Flow

At Trelleborgs Bilplåt, you will become a central part of the business – responsible for driving cases forward and creating a smooth workflow from the first customer contact to the finished car.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on work in the workshop.
• Receive customers and register cases.
• Perform damage assessments and prepare estimates.
• Plan and distribute tasks in consultation with technicians.
• Maintain contact with customers and insurance companies.
• Order and follow up on spare parts.
• Ensure that documentation in the workshop system is correct and up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience from damage assessment, workshop, or similar is advantageous.
• Good administrative skills and structured approach to work.
• Experience working with Cabas is advantageous.
• Ability to plan and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Experience working with systems is advantageous.
