About the role
In this role, you will work with administrative processes related to telecom services. You will become a key person in the daily operations, ensuring that cases are handled correctly, efficiently, and with high quality. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working with the operators Telenor and Tele2
Has worked in Notyfile and is very confident in using it
Is very strong administratively and has good structure in your work
Has patience and the ability to work methodically even at a high pace
Can handle working during stressful periods
Fluently speaks and writes both Swedish and English

To succeed in the role, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and responsible. You thrive in a role where you get to work independently but also collaborate with other functions.
