Are you looking for a meaningful and varied summer job? We are now looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful young man in his 20s who lives in Jakobsberg with his family but will be spending a couple of weeks at their summer house in Norrtälje this summer.

About the role

As a personal assistant, you will be a crucial support in daily life. The job involves helping with most aspects of the client's daily routine – from personal care to activities and social interaction. You will work closely with the client and become a significant part of his sense of security and daily life.

Who are you

We are looking for an empathetic and sensitive person with a calm demeanor. You can take initiative and work both independently and in a team. Experience is an advantage but not decisive – personality and commitment are most important.

You have a strong work ethic and enjoy working with people.

You need to be flexible as the workplace varies, for example between the home and the summer house in Norrtälje.

Working hours and arrangement

• Opportunity to start working as needed immediately
• Summer period: Week 25 and weeks 27–33 at the country house in Norrtälje
• The work is scheduled in a rolling roster with day and evening shifts
• You work in periods of approx. 3–4 days in a row, followed by approx. 4 days of leave (a cottage is available for assistants to stay overnight)
• Double staffing during the summer (you work together with a colleague)
• Opportunity to step in for awake nights if needed (voluntary)

Employment level: Part-time – approx. 80 % with the possibility of 100 %

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed by agreement and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately, running as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
