💼 About the Role

As a recruiter at our agency, you are responsible for driving recruitment processes for our clients – from defining the job profile to the final employment. You participate in sales meetings together with the responsible salesperson, hold profile meetings, write job ads, screen candidates, search for talent, conduct interviews, and check references. You work closely with both candidates and clients to create accurate matches where you act as a consultant.

We specialize in four business areas where you will primarily work with recruiting junior talents and specialist roles across all service categories. You collaborate with our sales team, meet with clients, and serve as a recruitment expert. You are part of a team with other recruiters, consulting managers, and recruitment assistants – and you have great autonomy from day one.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • An academic degree, preferably in HR, psychology, or working life
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Meritorious experience in service/customer contact/sales

The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is based on a competency-based selection methodology, a scientifically grounded method for making objective selections and quality-assured matches. We conduct rolling selections, so don't wait too long with your application!

If you are considered for the position, we will contact you for an initial phone interview. Whether you move forward in the process or not, you will receive feedback on your application. From the moment you apply, the process consists of three steps:

Selection

We review all applications and analyze personal traits and skills together with work experience and education.

Interviews

We start with a phone screening followed by a digital interview with the recruitment manager. The next step is an interview with your future manager. The interviews take approximately 1 hour. This is followed by reference checks and any necessary tests before the final offer.

Feedback

We ensure you are kept informed throughout the process. You are also welcome to reach out if you have any questions. Whether you complete the process or not, we promise to get back to you.
