Together with Skill, we have developed an apprenticeship program for you who are seeking new experiences and are curious about what the industry has to offer. No prior knowledge is required, and you will receive a salary throughout the entire training period. After a paid education, you will have learned the basics to step into a role as a printing apprentice and begin your journey with Ettiketto. What does the role of a printing operator involve?

We offer you a place in our one-year apprenticeship program where, after one week of basic training, you will start working at Ettiketto – where you will learn the trade from the ground up. Here you will have the opportunity to work with printing as a craft. Over time, you will learn to set up and monitor Ettiketto's machines, adjust color and print, perform routine maintenance, and much more to produce high-quality labels.

You will not be alone – you will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues who help you grow in the role. Together with the team, you will learn how to monitor that everything is running smoothly in production, perform quality controls, and ensure the machines are functioning correctly.

There are also good opportunities to contribute to improving work methods and sharing your ideas along the way. The most important thing is that you are curious, enjoy practical work, and want to learn something new. At Ettiketto, you become part of an engaged team where everyone helps each other – every day.

The work is arranged in two shifts.

We are looking for someone who...

...is curious about technology and wants to learn a practical trade – perhaps you come from a completely different industry but are eager to try something new. You are a positive and flexible team player who enjoys collaborating and solving problems together with others. You are engaged, loyal, and take responsibility for your work, with the desire to always do your best.

No prior experience? No problem! We will teach you what you cannot do today. With us, you will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues who help you grow into the role step by step.

To succeed in the role, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. In return, we offer you the opportunity to grow, develop your skills, and become part of an inspiring and long-term context.

Our recruitment process consists of the following mandatory steps:

• Application: Submit your application and answer a number of screening questions.

• Capacity Test: A digital test measuring your logical ability (approx. 30 min).

• Study Visit Tuesday 9/6: Get a glimpse of your future workplace.

• Work Test Wednesday 10/6: Show your manual skills at Skill.

• Interview & References w25 and w26: Digital interview and reference checks with Skill, as well as a physical interview with future managers at Ettiketto.

• Health Check: Examination at the occupational health service.

All steps are mandatory to be considered for the apprenticeship program, which is why it is important to ensure you can attend on the specified dates. The apprenticeship program is a consultancy assignment where you are employed by Skill starting Monday 31/8. After a period as a consultant, the goal is to become directly employed by Ettiketto.
