The Role of Chief Physician

As Chief Physician, you have overall responsibility for the physician group, with a focus on operations, personnel, and economy. Together with the administrative coordinator, you lead and distribute daily work, monitor results, and actively work on the work environment. The physician group consists of engaged and competent colleagues who look forward to welcoming you.

Our doctors work in teams with psychologists, psychotherapists, nurses, care assistants, social workers, unit managers, and care administrators, all of whom value each other.

You are also an important part of the clinic's management group, where you collaborate closely with the operations manager and other managers to drive development forward. Together, we create care that is constantly improving for our patients.

The role of Chief Physician can be expanded with the role of Chief Consultant and Medical Director. You will then have overall responsibility for involuntary care, medical quality, and patient safety – becoming a central expert in the clinic's leadership.

The position is a time-limited managerial appointment with the possibility of extension, combined with permanent employment in your primary profession. Start date is by agreement.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a specialist physician in psychiatry. You have a genuine commitment to psychiatric care and want to influence how we move forward.

Experience in team-based work and responsibility for operations, budget, and personnel is desirable. If you also have leadership training, it is a plus.

As a leader, you are secure, stable, and communicative. You easily build trust and collaborate with others, even in pressured situations. You plan and prioritize with structure, and you motivate and engage your employees.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability – especially your ability to contribute to a good work environment and a sustainable work climate. The position involves travel, so a B-driver's license is required.
