Rosendal is a nursing home where many services are gathered under one roof, such as home care, rehabilitation, meeting points, the Rosen restaurant, short-term accommodation, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant here, you will work in a pleasant team close to the residents. Your duties will include providing good care to our residents through help, support, and security in their daily lives. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, so teamwork is of utmost importance.

The role also involves writing and following implementation plans, as well as monitoring changes in the health of the elderly.

The position also includes receiving and performing delegated tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a trained nursing assistant who can provide proof of their diploma. If you also have previous experience in the healthcare sector, this is considered an advantage.

We prefer that you are secure, flexible, and responsible. To succeed in the role of nursing assistant, teamwork skills are important, as well as having a big heart for our elderly residents.

Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required.

Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Start date: 2026-10-01 or as agreed.
Working hours: Shift schedule.
