We are now looking for a nursing assistant with scheduling responsibilities for the special housing facilities Björken and Eken in Habo Municipality.
Here, you will have an important and varied role where you work closely with our residents while contributing to creating sustainable and well-functioning staffing. You will become a key person in the operation and an important link between employees and management.
At Björken and Eken, we work from a person-centered approach where the residents' security, participation, and quality of life are in focus. We are a Silviahem-certified facility and actively work with quality registers such as Senior Alert and BPSD to develop and secure the quality of our care.

DUTIES
As a nursing assistant with scheduling responsibilities, you combine care work with administrative tasks related to scheduling and planning.
Your duties include, among other things:
- Individualized care and support for the residents.
- Delegated health and medical care tasks.
- Documentation and implementation plans.
- Scheduling and personnel planning for Björken and Eken.
- Collaboration with the unit manager and colleagues regarding personnel planning.
You work both independently and together with other employees to create good quality for the residents and a sustainable working environment for the staff.
Working hours are scheduled during days and evenings on both weekdays and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and have experience working in elderly care as well as experience in scheduling, staffing planning, or working in staffing systems.
To succeed in the role, you need to:
- Be structured, responsible, and solution-oriented.
- Have good teamwork skills and a professional attitude.
- Be able to plan and prioritize in an operation where conditions sometimes change quickly.
- Have good computer skills and be quick to learn new digital systems.
- Master Swedish well in speech and writing.
A work trial is included in the recruitment process at Habo Municipality to assess your competence or to allow you to try out the tasks.
