Responsibilities
In your role as Hall Attendant, you will become a key person at the facility, handling customer contact and collaborating closely with colleagues and suppliers.
The role of Hall Attendant is truly versatile, ranging from simpler tasks such as keeping cars and premises in top condition, to more advanced moments like photography and web advertising. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with customers while contributing to sales by working closely with our sales team. Your day might involve preparing cars for display, handling customer inquiries, price-tagging vehicles, negotiating, and ensuring that every car looks perfect – and that is just the beginning.
In short: at our place, no day is boring! The role is an excellent first step for you who want to develop towards a future sales role and gain broad experience in both sales and customer contact.
We are looking for you who:
- Have at least two years of work experience and good knowledge of Swedish and English (more languages are a plus).
- Hold a B driver's license.
- Previous experience in sales or service is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is quick to learn, ambitious, and strives to do that little extra – whether it involves getting cars ready for sale or helping out with customer deliveries.
With a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility, you easily create good relationships both internally and externally. You are communicative, meticulous, and structured, which allows you to see both the big picture and the details. Your ability to prioritize and structure your work ensures that you deliver high-quality results on time, even in an environment with many different contact points.

Other Information
You will work at our facility in Luleå. The position is full-time with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date is by agreement. We offer a secure employment with collective agreements and pension benefits, and we care about our employees' health by offering a wellness allowance.
