Disability Services

Home Support

Within this area, there are several varied jobs, and we use welfare technology of various kinds as support to structure the day. The operations available are:

• Home Care/Safe Home Return
• Night Patrol/Safety Alarm
• Day/Leisure Activities
• Short-term/Respite Care
• Supported Housing

Most of the work within these operations takes place in the individual's home. Therefore, a driver's license is required.

Elderly Care

In elderly care, you meet older users who need care and support and who live on a ward together with other users. You are part of a work team that helps each other with daily tasks and organizes activities for the users. There are elderly care and dementia care facilities where we use welfare technology as support in daily life.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for you who enjoy working with people. As a person, you are service-oriented and have a positive attitude. It is a prerequisite that you are flexible because your working hours may vary, and sometimes you receive your work shifts with short notice. Our operations run 24/7, year-round. Our working hours are therefore scheduled from Monday to Sunday, all times of the day. Regardless of which operation you will work in, it is important that you have an interest in working with people in need of care and support.

To be considered as a temporary staff member, you must:

• be at least 18 years old
• have a good ability to express yourself in and understand Swedish, both in speech and writing. If you have a multilingual background, we recommend that your Swedish skills correspond to the eligibility to read SVA Basic Part Course 2. Please attach certificate/grade.
• be able to show a photo ID

We would also like you to have a driver's license.

The employer has the right and also the obligation in some cases to request extracts from the criminal record register, within certain operations this also includes the suspicion register. This applies especially to work where the employee will have contact with children and young people, as well as in operations involving care and support of the elderly or persons with disabilities, in accordance with current legislation.

If you are offered employment, you must be able to present extracts from the criminal record register and, in some cases, the suspicion register before the employment contract is signed. Information

The initial communication with you will take place via email and phone – therefore be extra careful that these details are correct when you fill in your application!

It is also important that you fill in the expression of interest correctly so that it can be assessed based on our criteria. If information is missing or incorrect, there is a risk that your expression of interest will not be considered.
