About the role

As a Junior Sourcing & Procurement specialist, you are responsible for material availability for a supplier portfolio at a leading company within the automotive industry. You follow up on and handle supplier deliveries, stakeholder needs, and quality on a daily basis. Furthermore, you contribute to long-term development within logistics and delivery precision.

How can you contribute? Probably with quite a few things, but primarily this:

– Ensure material availability for your supplier portfolio

– Handle needs and material orders according to defined processes

– Monitor supplier quality and delivery precision daily

– Contribute to suppliers' long-term development in delivery and logistics

– Communicate internally and assess needs among your stakeholders

– Work systematically with problem-solving and improvement work (lean)

– Use digital tools and AI in planning and follow-up

We are looking for you who

– Have an academic background in e.g., Industrial Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain

– Want to work long-term in Arvika

– Are solution-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks

– Communicate clearly in Swedish and English

– Have an interest in lean, digitalization, and efficient flows
