REMONDIS is looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager who wants to help develop our operations through analysis, structure, and execution. This role is part of our digital transformation and contributes to strengthening REMONDIS' business through improved processes, system support, and high data quality.

The role reports directly to the Project Management Office (PMO) and the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and is based at our office in Gothenburg. The assignment covers operations within Sweden.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations and current state analyses of applications, processes, and data

• Contribute to and drive root cause analyses and identify areas for improvement

• Develop structured decision support materials and recommendations for management

• Drive or support the implementation of decided initiatives in a project format

• Support the business in maintaining and improving quality in processes and data

• Work cross-functionally and contribute to structure, quality, and follow-up in projects and change management

The role contributes to the development of our future IT and information architecture, with the goal of enabling data-driven development, AI support, and continuous improvements. Digital support is a prerequisite for REMONDIS to stay at the forefront of our industry.

Qualifications:

• Some years of experience working within IT projects, business development, or Business Analysis

• Experience in participating in or driving smaller IT-related initiatives

• Relevant university or college education in fields such as IT, Systems Science, Industrial Economics, or equivalent

• Previous experience working close to the business, for example in the role of Business Analyst or similar.

• Good understanding of basic IT concepts and how systems support business processes

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Process mapping or improvement work

• System analysis or work with data quality

• Structured analysis methods or project models
