Your responsibilities

As an IT master, you work with first-line support for one of Centric's cool customers in Stockholm. Your tasks will naturally vary depending on which customer you end up with, but rest assured – we guarantee you a developing and fun assignment! As an IT consultant at Centric, we believe you always do your absolute best for the customer and are a team player who enjoys collaborating. Regardless of what your colleagues at Centric are busy with, we all have one common denominator – we care about each other!

Since your days will most likely involve a lot of social contact, it is important that you feel comfortable with that. After all, you will be the first point of contact when employees call in and want help with IT-related problems.

Your profile

We would like you to have a genuine interest in IT and technology. If you have completed a secondary IT education, that is a plus. As an IT consultant, we would like you to be service-minded, humble, and a whiz at solving many IT problems.

Requirements

• At least six months of work experience in the service desk field
• Experience working in a Windows environment
• Experience working with Active Directory
• Experience with troubleshooting and installing applications
• Fluent in Swedish and English – both in speech and writing!
