Lantmännen has a completely unique value chain where we take responsibility from farm to table every day. In Uddevalla, there is a facility for grain handling. We are now looking for a Process Operator who wants to work with us during the harvest season.

Job Description

As a Process Operator in production, you will have a varied job. Your tasks will consist of handling grain, which involves receiving, analyzing, drying, cleaning, and loading out, as well as improvement and hygiene work. The work involves many contacts, both internal and with our customers. Grain handling is food-grade, and there are therefore high demands on maintaining quality in accordance with current requirements. The work includes both independent work and teamwork. The harvest period runs from August to October, during which we work shifts and irregular hours. The assignment starts on July 27th and lasts for approximately 10 weeks.

Qualifications

• Completed at least a 3-year upper secondary education
• Advantageous if you have experience working in some form of process
• Quick to learn and understand instructions

• Accustomed to taking initiative
• Communicative and have a sense for service
• Independent and have a good ability to plan your workday
