We are now looking for an Account Manager for our Linköping office, a broad, challenging, and developmental role for you who want to combine sales, relationships, and business development in one of the fastest-growing industries on the labor market: IT and tech.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you have a central role where you work closely with both people and business.

You are responsible for the entire sales process – from first contact to long-term customer relationships and business development.

This is a role where you get to build important competencies for the future labor market while simultaneously influencing Friday’s growth journey.

The role includes among other things:

  • Prospecting and new customer acquisition: identify and contact new customers within IT and tech
  • Business development and sales: drive the entire sales process from the first meeting to a signed contract
  • Relationship building: create and develop long-term collaborations with customers
  • Needs analysis: understand the customer's challenges and match the right solutions together with the team
  • Internal collaboration: work closely with the delivery, recruitment, and consulting teams for the best results
  • Follow-up and business responsibility: drive your pipeline and achieve your goals

Who are we looking for?

Even if your formal experience is not what determines the outcome, we believe that certain prerequisites will help you succeed in the role:

  • A relevant post-secondary education in areas such as economics, business development, or similar
  • A strong interest in sales, relationships, and business
  • Ability to collaborate and build trust with different types of people
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
