Responsibilities

In the role of foreman, you are responsible for daily production within earthworks and act as an important link between project management, skilled workers, and subcontractors. You are involved in the practical work while planning, leading, and following up on production.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead and distribute daily work on site
• Participate in production and support the team in earthworks
• Ensure that work follows drawings, schedules, and quality requirements
• Follow up on progress, resources, and materials
• Handle simpler documentation such as daily logs and self-inspections

Grävtech operates in Norrbotten, and for this position, you will be based in the Malmfälten area. The position involves on-site work from Monday to Thursday.

We are looking for you who:

Have experience from the construction or land and infrastructure industry, either in a similar role or as a skilled worker wanting to take the next step. You have a good understanding of how production works and feel confident taking responsibility in daily work.

Experience in foremanship is meritorious but not a requirement. If you have previously worked with documentation, planning, or coordination, we see this as a plus.

We believe that your personal qualities are crucial for how well you will thrive in the role. You are a person who takes responsibility, is solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with others. You have a natural ability to create structure in everyday life and are not afraid to take initiative when needed. Since the role involves contact with various people, it is important that you are clear in your communication.
