About the position
We are currently looking for engaged and responsible individuals who wish to work as personal assistants for our client in the Södertälje/Gnesta area. The position is between 50-100%, and shifts will include day and evening shifts, both weekdays and weekends. Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer if you could start the onboarding process immediately. More information about the client will be provided during the interview.
Responsibilities:
- Support with daily routines.
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and tube feeding.
- Support in daily activities.

Requirements:
- Non-smoker.
- Valid driver's license and access to a car.
Merits:
- Professional experience working with children with special needs.
- Care experience.
- Care education.
Employment level: 50-100% as well as hourly temporary positions.
Start date: Immediately. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: Individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.
Important to note before applying:
A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you can present a valid ID, submit a Swedish tax certificate (personbevis), and provide any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night shifts, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, a certificate of no criminal record (belastningsregisterutdrag) is required. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the background check will include both certificates from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The certificate is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so order well in advance.

We recommend that you ensure you have current certificates in accordance with current legislation and the new rules coming into effect on March 1, 2026.
