We are currently seeking a skilled toolmaker for an established industrial company in the heart of Småland.

About the role

You will become an important part of the production team, working with the manufacturing, maintenance, and optimization of tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, problem-solving, and working close to production.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing and adjustment of tools according to drawings
• Maintenance, repair, and improvement of existing tools
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in production
• Collaboration with production and technical teams to optimize processes
• Ensuring tools meet the required quality and functionality standards

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a toolmaker or in a similar role
• Can read and understand technical drawings
• Has strong problem-solving skills
• Is meticulous, responsible, and technically interested
• Thrives in a practical, production-oriented environment
