We believe that progress and opportunities are best created together. Welcome to a place where collaboration makes a difference.

Your Role

As an assembler here, you will become part of our hydraulic workshop, where we assemble, test, and maintain hydraulic control systems. You will be part of a team of approximately 15 people. The work group is diverse in age and characterized by a good atmosphere and close collaboration. Here on the department, we work with fine mechanics – small details that require high precision and accuracy, making attention to detail in your role particularly important.

You will have a varied job with many different products and details, and in your role, you will also work with maintenance and repair of products coming from our customers. The work is carried out according to clear instructions and drawings, involving tasks such as drilling, gluing, adjustment, and soldering. The work is mostly performed at a workbench, but may occasionally involve heavy tasks where adapted aids are available.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a strong technical interest, are detail-oriented, and possess the dexterity required to handle fine mechanical components with precision. As a person, you are responsible, proactive, and curious enough to ask when something is unclear. Since the role involves many contact points within the operations, it is also important that you have an eye for detail and thrive in close collaboration and daily communication.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

  • A high school education, preferably in a technical field, or equivalent experience that we assess as comparable.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, as documentation is available in both languages.
  • Basic computer skills.

It is an advantage if you have experience in assembly, preferably with fine mechanical details. We also see it as a plus if you have worked within hydraulics or the aerospace industry, as well as if you have experience with soft or hard soldering and MRP systems.

The position requires that you undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.

What You Will Be Part Of

Discover endless possibilities. Take on challenges, create smart innovations, and upgrade your skills. This is a place for clever thinkers, brave pioneers, and everyone in between. Together we achieve the extraordinary, each bringing their unique perspective. Every contribution counts.
